appointments

At Adagio, it is our goal to fulfill all requests for treatment. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes early to allow ample time to enjoy a beverage and relax before meeting your therapist or aesthetician. Please feel free to relax after your treatments as well. A credit card is required to secure a reservation for any treatment.

late arrivals

Although we do not schedule appointments back to back in order to allow for relaxation time, arriving late for your appointment may shorten the time of your treatment if it interferes with another guest’s time. Full value of your treatment will be applied.

cancellations

We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations or appointment changes for all 60, 90 and 120 minute treatments. Parties of three or more require a 72 hour notice. Cancellations received with less than the required notice will incur a 50% fee on your credit card. Failure to cancel an appointment (no show) or cancellation within sixty minutes of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 100% charge to your credit card on file. Please remember to call us if you need to change or cancel your appointment to prevent this fee.

We know everyone's here to get their zen on, so please remember to speak softly and keep your phone on vibrate. Of course, if you're here with a party, we've closed the spa for you, so make as much noise as you'd like. payments

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa as well as SpaWeek Gift Cards. SpaWeek Gift Cards can not be used for packages or any other discounted services. We do not accept SpaWeek Gift Cards for parties. Sorry, we don't accept personal checks. PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH FOR SERVICES OR GRATUITIES.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates expire two years after purchase. Unfortunately, Gift Certificates are non refundable, however they can be replaced if lost. That’s why we ask the purchaser for your name. Gift certificates cannot be used the same day they are purchased as they have not appeared in our system yet.

lost articles

Please be responsible for your valuables. Adagio is not responsible for any personal items lost or left behind, although we will keep any items found indefinitely.

Gratuities

You may opt to leave gratuities for the fabulous massage, body treatment or facial you've just received. The recommended range is between 18% and 20% of the retail price, but of course, the amount given is totally up to you. Gratuities are always appreciated and can be paid by credit card or Adagio gift certificate.
